This is our third installment of our three part series of an extraordinary
Bat Mitzvah held at
Philadelphia’s Reading Terminal Market.
The place card table is a great opportunity to set the tone for the evening and to visually wow your guests. Here Bassets Ice Cream Stand had been converted into an urban farm stand. Guests “cracked” up when they realized that the eggs in the cartons were the place cards.
Guests could easily find their table marked by these
vintage tin plated numbers.
The dining room was a visual sea of beautiful flowers, textures and colors.
When guests arrived at their seat marked by a place card wrapped around a menu card, a wooden egg holders were provided for each guest to place their egg.
The etched stemware added a touch of elegance to the long banquet tables.
The transformation of the Reading Terminal Market into an elegant dining room
was amazing. All the areas and vendor stands were converted in just one hour.
It was an incredible production with valiant effort from everyone.
